Andrea Román-González

Andrea Román-Gonzalez joined our Board of Directors in 2020 and is a member of our Finance Committee.
She has been a corporate associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP since 2019 and currently serves as a Co-Lead for the firm’s Hispanic/Latinx Affinity Group. Ms. Román-Gonzalez also serves as an Attorney Mentor through Legal Outreach.
Ms. Román-Gonzalez’s parents immigrated to the U.S. from Bolivia with the dream of providing her with a formal education. She is the first in her family to have graduated from college, as she earned a B.A. from Boston College, and M.S.Ed. from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.
