Maricelle is a partner with our Financial Services Advisory practice specializing in Banking Transformation, Technology and Operations often stemming from regulatory matters. She has more than 17 years of experience with the firm and has deep subject matter expertise in regulatory matters, process optimization and efficiency. Maricelle has worked on integration and implementation projects for remediation of risk and issues identified through Regulatory Examinations and Risk Assessments. She has the ability to effectively manage large-scale, complex engagements and has a long and proven track record as an effective project leader.
Maricelle also serves as the Diversity & Inclusion Partner Champion and the Technical Automation leader for the Banking Transformation team at PwC. As the Diversity & Inclusion Partner Champion, Maricelle’s top priorities are to create a culture of belonging, attracting, retaining and promoting our underrepresented minority groups.
