Shining a Spotlight on Survivors
VIP at the Caring for Women Gala
On September 11, 2025, the Kering Foundation lit up New York City with its 4th annual Caring for Women Dinner—a powerful night where fashion, culture, and activism came together for one urgent cause: ending gender-based violence.
More than $4.5 million was raised to support organizations on the frontlines, including Violence Intervention Program, Sanctuary for Families, FreeFrom, and Equality Now.
We at VIP are deeply honored to have been one of the featured beneficiaries. On behalf of our staff and courageous clients, we thank the Kering Foundation for standing with survivors and amplifying our mission to confront domestic violence.
One unforgettable highlight? Guests savored a strawberry tres leches cake by Indira, a survivor-entrepreneur from VIP’s Economic Justice Program and owner of Divine Desserts Paradise. Her creation brought a sweet taste of resilience to the evening.
The night was co-hosted by inspiring leaders and icons—including Salma Hayek Pinault and François-Henri Pinault, Colman Domingo, Demi Moore, Jessica Chastain, Julianne Moore, Madonna, Dolores Huerta, and Jeff Koons—all uniting their voices for survivors.
It was an event full of glamour, solidarity, and hope – and a night that we will never forget!
